Hi Sue, Just wanted to send you a short note re last night. Firstly, the car was just fantastic and everyone was very impressed. It was gorgeous! Secondly, Mark was just a little gem. He had all the addresses right off the top of his head and found every place with a minimum of fuss. He was so cheerful and helpful and he got the capsule base into the back of the car for us. Putting in and taking the pram out of the boot was fuss free. He came a bit earlier to Bentley to pick us up after I rang him and then he had to wait a few minutes whilst I rounded our mob up, but nothing phased him. He is a great asset to your business.
